Returns

Our objective is for you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase.  We strive to ensure that your expectations are met and hopefully exceeded. The only surprise we want is your amazement with how great the item is in person!  

Due to the individualized nature of our products, our return policy is limited.  In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be in a condition that is different than what was ordered (i.e. a misspelled word on our part, etc.)

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us at beirutveteranmerch@gmail.com and we'll work out a solution.

 
Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at beirutveteranmerch@gmail.com and you will be given the return address to send your product to.

SHIPPING TIMES

We use USPS for shipping, which is typically 3-5 days. However, this does not include our PROCESSING TIME which is usually 5-7 days. 

LOST / MISSING PACKAGES

Beirut Veteran Merch is not liable if the incorrect shipping address is provided during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping, tracking is not available.
